CHICAGO - Medbed has announced the addition of a medical student housing forum for M3 and M4 medical students that need to find temporary accomodations and short term housing in the US. The forum will do what others don't: break listings down into georgraphical areas instead of throwing them all together. This will allow students to more quickly find what they are looking for; a necessary requirement for a group that has very little spare time to toil with extensive searches.
While MedBed provides housing in cities like Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Seattle, they also realize that housing is needed in many other areas as well. MedBed Scrub Shuffler, Ryan McIntyre admits that "The forum may indeed dig into some of MedBed's business in the cities we operate in, but the goal here is to provide a resource for these medical students. We already provide a valuable service to medical students, and I believe that value only increases by providing this additional service, whether they become a MedBed client or not."
The forum should be launched in the next couple of weeks and will have a sole focus: flexible, short term housing for medical students around the country. MedBed will allow landlords to advertise on the site as well. All forum members, including advertisers, will be given free rights to the forum and MedBed will work with affiliates and premier advertisers to pay for the additional application.
